Lara Binamé is a Canadian actress of European descent. She was born in 1990, in Montreal, Quebec. Her father, Charles Binamé, is a critically acclaimed Canadian director and her mother, a British producer. Coming from a film family, she was often on and around sets from a very young age. After working in advertising as a copywriter, she launched her acting career at the age of 26 - and was soon cast in the Sanchez Brothers' first feature: Allure (voted amongst the top 10 Canadian films of the year, TIFF 2017), starring Evan Rachel Wood.
